Stevens Park Golf Course

Played 7/30/23 Greens are in really bad shape right now. Putts bouncing like crazy. Hope they get them back! Played 7/3/23 2 HCP 2:00 Tee Time 4:10 Pace of Play Fun layout with some great skyline views. Good challenge for all skill levels. Course is in decent shape but greens and struggling this year, would be 5 stars if they were as good as prior years, some spots never recovered from the winter freeze. Great value !

We almost didn’t try this course because some guy said it was unfriendly to singles. My husband plays, and I ride along and drive and find errant balls and generally keep us moving. We were in the area for a doc appt. and decided to give it a try. What a lovely surprise! It’s a beautiful course. We went midday on a Tuesday and they were delightful about him being a single. Maybe during a busier time, we would have had to wait. Nothing unusual there. We had a wonderful day and very much enjoyed some very interesting, beautifully designed holes. Two thumbs up!

Really fun course to play with some great views of downtown Dallas. I’ve been wanting to play this course for a while now and it did not disappoint! Short course from the tips, about 6300 yards, but it still offers plenty of challenging shots. A few dog-legs and some tee shots where you have to go through a window of trees. Overall, a really great experience and I hope to play it again sometime when I’m back in Dallas.

While playing a round of golf, my friends truck was stolen from the parking lot. Come to find out this is something that happens frequently at this course. We were told this by the attendees in the club house. The fact that they have done nothing with cameras to help lower the organized crime at this facility is unacceptable. I would highly recommend the facility install cameras and get a real security guard(the man riding around in the cart was over 400 LBs and could barely walk from the clubhouse to his vehicle). If I had to guess there is an employee that is involved in this criminal activity. These people are organized. There was not any glass broken, the truck was locked, and a ring doorbell detected it to be stolen. between 2:40 pm and 2:53pm. SHAME on Stevens park mgmt. for seemingly being okay with this. You can take two green fees and get some cameras from amazon that are easy to set up. I hope that mgmt will see this and do something about it. If not I would not go near this course again. Do something to ensure your patrons are safe and can leave their vehicle and personal belongings behind while enjoying a round of golf. Again, Shame on the mgmt of this facility.
